  3. UPS® Ground: Our standard shipping option within the contiguous United States, providing reliable, day-definite delivery.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the availability of the artwork and any customization requested.

Packaging

To ensure that your item arrives in pristine condition, we take great care in packaging each item securely. Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected with appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Customers can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing their purchase. We offer competitive shipping rates for domestic and international orders.

Tracking and Insurance

For added peace of mind, all shipments include tracking information. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped. Additionally, UPS offers shipping insurance for valuable items, which can be purchased at an additional cost. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your shipment.

Returns and Damages

While we take every precaution to ensure that your item arrives safely, accidents can happen during transit. In the event that your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
